Information you share

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, contact details, property address, lighting preferences, notes and any photos you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to you, prepare proposals, schedule and provide your Christmas lighting service, and keep service records.

Your text message choices

Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in text messages. Our estimate form has separate, optional choices for service updates and seasonal marketing messages. Both start unchecked. You can request an estimate and purchase service without choosing either.

We save your choices, phone number, the consent wording and version, the form source and the date and time of submission. We use these records to honor your preferences. Previous customer status does not automatically enroll you in marketing texts.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate our website, communicate with you, process payments and deliver your service, or when required by law. Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process this information only to deliver and manage our messages.

Security and retention

Customer information is restricted to authorized staff and the providers supporting our services. We retain records as needed to provide service, honor messaging preferences and meet recordkeeping obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
