Start with the roofline, entrance or other features you want included. Send photos from the customer approach and describe which sides of the building matter to the display. We will review the proposed lighting areas and confirm the written scope before installation.

Plan around property access

Tell us who can approve the work, any landlord or property-manager requirements, and the available access to the building and power. Include business hours, loading or parking restrictions and any areas that must remain accessible. These details help us discuss an installation plan; a requested date is not confirmed until booking.

Review an address-specific estimate

The design, amount of lighting and access affect the quote. There is no assumed commercial package price. Review the proposed areas, equipment arrangement and seasonal terms with the person authorized to approve the work.

Seasonal care and removal

Our leased system includes installation, seasonal care, early-January takedown and storage. Call us if a bulb goes out or a strand comes loose; seasonal maintenance is provided within 72 hours. If you supply your own LED equipment, request a separate scope and review its service terms.
