A roofline outline can be the whole design or a starting point. Tell us whether you want the front only, additional sides, garage details, arches, windows, trees or other accents considered. We confirm the included areas in your proposal so a photo or aerial view does not have to tell the whole story.

Choose the look, then review the scope

Warm white gives a classic look; red and green, red and white, cool white and other color choices create different effects. Our public gallery shows examples. Share a daytime property photo and your preferred colors, and we will discuss the design and access needed for installation.

What the seasonal lease includes

NTX Christmas supplies and owns the leased lighting system. We fit and install the lights, handle seasonal care, take them down in early January and store the hardware. If a light goes out or wind loosens a strand, call us for service within 72 hours.

How we prepare your estimate

Price depends on the design, amount of lighting and property access. Ground observations and manually reviewed footage can differ from aerial measurements. Review the written scope and quoted price before booking; there is no published one-price-fits-every-home package here.

Already have LED lights?

Tell us in the estimate form. Customer-owned equipment is a separate installation-service scope; do not assume the leased-system ownership, storage and care terms apply. We will explain the applicable terms in your proposal.
